The key focus for the Recruiter is to lead the successful fulfillment of open requisitions with hiring managers and to be the first point of contact for their hiring needs. 

Reporting to your assigned leader you will be assisting in driving best practices across the recruitment lifecycle and strive to be an ambassador for the Allegis Global Solutions brand at every interaction.

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Undertaking recruitment activities with a focus on direct sourcing.
• Understanding the recruitment delivery process and carrying out activities accordingly to meet account KPIs.
• Communicating recruitment trends, and market intelligence, and acting as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers.
• Identifying and escalating risk or compliance issues.
• Managing requisitions through accurate documentation of all recruitment-related data and information as per current recruitment legislation and agreed client process at all times.
• Providing recruitment guidance and advice to the offshore resources located in the Manila Delivery Center (where appropriate).
• Monitoring and analyzing recruitment activity of designated business area for accurate volume forecasting.
• Coaching candidates on how to prepare for selection stages.
• Providing professional advice and open and honest feedback to candidates in a timely manner and in accordance with recruitment best practices.
• Utilizing specialist market knowledge to assist with the development and on-going management of pre-qualified Talent Pools in collaboration with the Recruitment Sourcing Specialist.

Allegis Global Solutions is looking for a Recruiter to join one of our best Banking & Financial Services accounts in Singapore! The ideal candidate will mostly be hiring for tech and non-tech roles (service, and corporate/functional).

• Undertaking recruitment activities with a focus on end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, process management and recruiting for contractor hiring.
• Understanding the contractual recruitment delivery process and carrying out activities accordingly to ensure that account KPIs/SLAs are met.
• Building strong and positive relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• Gaining a sound understanding of the designated client business area, including structure nature of business and challenges faced.
• Communicating market intelligence and acting as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers.
• Identify and escalating risk and compliance queries.
• Managing requisitions through accurate documentation of all recruitment-related data and information as per current recruitment legislation and agreed client process at all times.
• Monitoring and analysing recruitment activity of designated business area for accurate volume forecasting, workload allocation and recruitment activities.
• Coaching candidates in preparation for interviews and providing them with professional advice and honest feedback in a timely manner.
• Maintaining contact with existing talent pool candidates to ensure information is current and briefing them on potential current and future opportunities.

There is no direct sourcing required for this role, as you will leverage off a team of recruitment agencies, who will source for you!

Responsibilities:

• Assist hiring managers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process including: requisition intake, sourcing, and candidate shortlisting and interviewing
• Demonstrate recruitment expertise by preparing insightful questions appropriate for the position prior to conducting req intake session with hiring managers in order to gather detailed job descriptions to distribute to supply base. Document req intake conversations in appropriate database (VMS: Fieldglass, Beeline)
• Utilize reports to manage open requirements to advise managers on status of requirements and monitor supplier sourcing strategies to ensure timely response
• Discuss with Hiring Manager to set/manage expectations, timeframes, feedback, roles and responsibilities of everyone involved in the requisition fulfillment process
• Coach, manage and oversee performance of participating staffing suppliers
• Document all client/supplier reported issues and track resolution through to completion ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in the appropriate system/tool
• Monitor performance against contract SLA’s, requisition aging, invoicing, time and expense entry and vendor compliance tracking 
• Maintain and update monthly activity and performance reports
• Provide constant interaction via face to face, email and phone with client, staffing vendors and other partners.
