As our next Recruitment Manager, you will lead the overall service delivery of the recruitment team and work closely with your assigned leader to measure KPIs, lead a team across APAC, and build strong stakeholder relationships.

Your opportunity:

• Analyzing and communicating recruitment trends, results, and insights (business unit, client, and external market) to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance and reduce risk.
• Monitoring the delivery of recruitment services in accordance with the ‘AGS Way’, ensuring seamless delivery between the onsite and offshore resources.
• Ensuring the team is fully briefed on the contractual recruitment delivery process to include in-scope activities, SLAs, mandatory recruitment activity stages, and team responsibilities.
• Developing an effective Talent Pool framework for all Business units to include: job segmentation, defined sourcing strategies, and an articulated engagement plan per role type.
• Managing relationships with third-party service providers as assigned.
• Representing the client brand in the market to attract and retain talent, developing a reputation of recruitment best practice/employer of choice.
• Monitoring service delivery against contractual terms and manage out of scope service requests and provide support for proposal management where appropriate.
• Recruiting, inducting, and training new team members where and when required.
• Ensuring effective performance optimization of all team members, ensuring a positive work-place culture.

Responsibilities:

• Assist hiring managers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process including: requisition intake, sourcing, and candidate shortlisting and interviewing
• Demonstrate recruitment expertise by preparing insightful questions appropriate for the position prior to conducting req intake session with hiring managers in order to gather detailed job descriptions to distribute to supply base. Document req intake conversations in appropriate database (VMS: Fieldglass, Beeline)
• Utilize reports to manage open requirements to advise managers on status of requirements and monitor supplier sourcing strategies to ensure timely response
• Discuss with Hiring Manager to set/manage expectations, timeframes, feedback, roles and responsibilities of everyone involved in the requisition fulfillment process
• Coach, manage and oversee performance of participating staffing suppliers
• Document all client/supplier reported issues and track resolution through to completion ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in the appropriate system/tool
• Monitor performance against contract SLA’s, requisition aging, invoicing, time and expense entry and vendor compliance tracking 
• Maintain and update monthly activity and performance reports
• Provide constant interaction via face to face, email and phone with client, staffing vendors and other partners.

The key focus for the Recruitment Relationship Manager (Recruitment Partner) is to lead the successful fulfillment of open vacancies with relevant hiring managers and to be the first point of contact for their hiring needs. • Undertaking recruitment activities with a focus on direct sourcing.

• Utilizing specialist market knowledge to assist with the development and ongoing management of pre-qualified talent pools in collaboration with the Recruitment Sourcing Specialist.
