Key Responsibilities
- Build and configure servers per design, complete post-build tasks and checks.
- Troubleshoot incidents affecting hosts or environments, escalating as needed for resolution.
- Support VM migrations and planned events.
- Monitor and maintain system performance, availability, and capacity, responding to service issues promptly.
- Investigate root causes through problem management.
- Handle L1 and L2 escalations.
- Create, review, and update documentation.
- Plan and manage infrastructure for releases and business continuity.
Key Requirements
- Experience with Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 builds/support.
- Proficiency in VMware (vSphere, vSAN) and related tools.
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting, teamwork, and communication skills.
