About the Role:
Work with app developers to help grow their businesses by leveraging cutting-edge monetization solutions like AdMob and Google Ad Manager. As a Partner Development Manager, you'll engage key app developers across Southeast Asia, focusing on Pakistan, to optimize their revenue streams and drive long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with app developers, identifying revenue growth opportunities.
- Develop a strong sales pipeline, pitching and following up on monetization solutions.
- Address partner challenges proactively and ensure seamless collaboration with internal teams.
- Conduct data-driven analyses to uncover business opportunities and insights.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Identify and pitch incremental monetization opportunities for client portfolios.
- Drive pipeline activities to implement solutions and resolve blockers.
- Provide reactive support to partners addressing challenges with monetization products.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role working with app developers.
- Proven ability to manage partner relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in app monetization or sales pipeline management.
- Background in industries such as advertising, games, or online services.
- Strong problem-solving and business analysis capabilities.
- Fluency in Urdu or Hindi is an advantage.
