This role will be part of a dynamic team to drive acquisition and business development for the bank’s commercial cards program. You will partner closely with key stakeholders across departments to support acquisition and ongoing management of commercial cards for SMEs and Midcap clients. The role will provide end-to-end support for acquisition efforts, marketing campaigns, post-sales support, and ongoing account servicing.
Responsibilities:
- Support acquisition and marketing campaigns for the bank’s commercial cards to deliver to acquisition goals
- Follow up on inbound customer leads generated from various touchpoints/channels e.g. branches, campaigns and contact centre
- Assist customers in signing up for the bank’s commercial debit and credit cards, and related commercial solutions
- Follow up on application enquiries and submission
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including contact centre, business support, legal and compliance to ensure a smooth card application process
- Maintain client satisfaction within a predefined standard turnaround time
- Serve as an internal reference for commercial cards product features, operational and technology aspects and SME and/or Midcap clients
- Demonstrate ability to look beyond issues by identifying root causes, identifying solutions and championing the initiative to improve / fix issues
- Act as a client advocate and having an end-to-end ownership to client issues
- Handle any other general administration duties and assist in ad-hoc projects as required
Qualification & Skills Requirements:
- Degree holder in Banking/ Accounting/ Finance, or a similar field, with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Experience in a financial institute or in the payments industry with a commercial cards background is advantageous
- Results driven with proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Ability to deal with diverse stakeholders across business and technology
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, independent, self-motivated with good time management
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint
