Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Listen to clients’ preferences, analyze their facial features, and recommend suitable hairstyles.
- Hair Styling Services: Shampoo, cut, color, highlight, and style hair according to client requests.
- Hair Treatments: Perform scalp treatments, hair masks, and other hair care services to maintain healthy hair for clients.
- Product Knowledge & Sales: Recommend and promote suitable hair care products to clients, highlighting their benefits.
- Client Relationships: Build meaningful client relationships to foster loyalty and encourage repeat visits.
- Salon Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain hygiene and safety standards to ensure a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for clients and staff.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest hair trends, styling techniques, and new products.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist, Hairdresser, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hair care techniques, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
- Ability to recommend and upsell hair care products with confidence.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, team player, and a passion for beauty and self-care.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays, if required.
- Relevant certification in hairdressing or cosmetology is a plus.
