Assist in managing the full-cycle recruitment process (including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to successful candidates)
Understand the headcount needs of the department and collaborate with hiring managers to determine the hiring requirements.
Ensure that applicants have a clear understanding of the job details.
Post advertisements and review applications to identify potential candidates.
Identify of new media for recruitment channels and participating in job fairs and social media outreach
Work on salary offer proposals and negotiate offers to successfully secure top talent.
Follow up on onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the recruiting system.
Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR work experience in Retail or Hospitality industry, particularly in talent sourcing and acquisition, ideally managing roles in high-volume environments.
Demonstrated success in passive talent attraction and engagement.
