Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
• Develop and execute a unified strategy for WoodStudio and Allgem Design to support the retail business.
• Align production and design teams with company goals to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Foster collaboration between both entities to ensure seamless project execution.
2. Design and Production Oversight
• Oversee the design process, ensuring Allgem Design’s concepts meet client requirements and manufacturing feasibility.
• Supervise WoodStudio’s production to ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-effective output aligned with design specifications.
3. Project Management
• Manage end-to-end retail projects, including planning, resource allocation, execution, and delivery.
• Ensure project timelines and budgets are met while maintaining quality standards.
4. Client and Stakeholder Engagement
• Serve as the primary liaison between the business and clients, ensuring clear communication of needs, progress, and outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and partners.
5. Operational Efficiency
• Streamline workflows between design and production teams to eliminate bottlenecks.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
6. Quality Assurance and Innovation
• Uphold rigorous quality control standards across both design and manufacturing.
• Stay updated on industry trends to introduce innovative solutions in design and production.
7. Team Development
• Lead, mentor, and manage teams in both Allgem Design and WoodStudio to foster collaboration and skill growth.
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent to support the business’s growth.
8. Financial Management
• Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective operations for both entities.
• Report on financial performance and progress toward KPIs.
