About the Role:
As a Corporate Secretarial Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act and other relevant regulations. You will lead a team of corporate secretarial professionals, provide expert advice on corporate governance matters, and manage high-value client relationships.
Requirement:
- Ensure timely and accurate filings with ACRA, maintain statutory registers, and prepare necessary resolutions and board papers.
- Provide expert advice on corporate governance, Compliance and restructuring
- Must be able to work independently and supervise and mentor a team of corporate secretarial executives to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for client engagements, understanding their business needs and providing customized solutions.
- Continuously review and improve internal workflows to enhance efficiency and ensure adherence to changing regulatory requirements.
- Attend to notarization and legalization of documents
- Maintain and update statutory records and filing with the relevant authorities.
Qualification:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate secretarial work.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field, a degree, or a professional certificate in chartered secretary.
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act, ACRA requirements, and corporate governance practices.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Flexible and proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to changing demands.
