About the Opportunity

We are seeking self-starter and enthusiastic individual who likes to play a part in digitalising healthcare to join the operations team.

What You'll be Doing

• Provide operational and administrative support in the running of the daily operations.
• Support escalation management, including reporting, investigating, and resolving issues promptly.
• Involve with Project Management, including designing digital user journey, developing test cases based on business requirements and conducting end-to-end testing for the digital platform.
• Propose and implement process improvement and system enhancement to increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Plan and develop strategies and support marketing collaterals to drive adoption of the digital platform.
• Establish effective collaborations within the team and with other departments, clinics and service partners.
• Train and support the clinic staffs and stand-in to perform clinic duties when necessary.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

What We Are Looking for

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline, preferably with prior Healthcare experience.
• Familiar in designing digital user journey, user acceptance testing (UAT) and project management will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills in both oral and written.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Highly motivated, multi-tasker, and have a strong customer-centric mindset.
