To assist Operations Manager in supervising and coordinating the daily activities of operations to always ensure prompt and efficient services
Handling administrative matters related to daily operations and maintenance of safety standards
Ensure operations and quality services are well delivered to both internal and external clients
Coordinating and liaising with customers and process export shipments, processing invoices
To have a thorough understanding of the department logistic operations
Perform tasks based on standard operating procedures
Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Logistics / Supply chain Management/ Any relevant qualification
Experience in the healthcare/pharma industry and clinic settings will be an added advantage
Prior knowledge in medication dispensing
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to multi-task and work in a high demand environment
