As an IT Security Engineer, you will be responsible for the following duties:
• Design, implement, and manage security solutions, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and encryption technologies.
• Perform security audits and compliance checks, such as vulnerability assessments and risk analysis.
• Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and controls.
• Integrate security measures into both new and existing IT systems and applications.
• Ensure secure configuration of applications by hardening default settings, securing APIs, and managing file permissions.
• Investigate initial security incidents/violations and escalate issues when necessary.
• Perform additional IT-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• Recognized Degree in Information Technology, Computer/ Network Engineering or equivalent.
