As a Workshop Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Plan daily tasks, allocate jobs to technicians/drivers, and ensure timely repairs and deliveries.
- Respond to job inquiries and provide updates to customers on repair status and delivery timelines.
- Track day-to-day operations, ensure proper equipment functionality, and arrange repairs as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date repair logs and ensure smooth documentation.
- Ensure the workshop and store are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Report daily progress, job statuses, and any issues to the workshop supervisor/manager for guidance and priority adjustments.
Requirement:
- Possess minimum of GCE O Levels and equivalent.
