As a Data Administrator, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Verify details (Model/ Mover/ Company Name)
• Verify if inspection is required
• Determine if the customer is using our account or their own account for inspection
• Review Before & After Repair Photos
• Upload Photos to ensure all billed items have corresponding photos
• Check all WhatsApp messages
• Ensure every completed job is accounted for and submitted in system
• Review job scope details
• Verify unclear issues with workshop workers or prepare to address potential errors
• Based on system requirement, list out the complete job scope in the maintenance report
• Email the maintenance report to the customer
• Email the billing department with necessary details
• Purchase goods or services that meet the quantity and quality expectations of the organization
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors
• Track inventory and restock goods when needed
• Stay up to date on industry trends and new products
• Compare available goods with industry trends to determine appropriate pricing

Requirements

• Candidate who is IT savvy will be an added advantage
• Candidate who have 1 year of administrative/ customer service experience will be an added advantage
