As a Creative Manager (Events Management), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Leading the creative direction for clients’ events and execution.
- Develop original ideas and creative concepts.
- Overseeing the development and execution of conference events, ensuring they are innovative and aligned with industry trend.
- Translating client briefs into compelling creative strategies and actionable concepts.
- Work closely with project management team to brainstorm, refine and execute creative concepts.
- Present creative concepts and proposals to clients.
- Building strong relationships with clients, ensuring that creative solutions align with their vision and objections.
- Accountable for the team performance in terms of revenue generation and financial success of creative projects.
- Support new business efforts by contributing to pitches, proposals and creative solutions that win new clients.
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of Diploma in related fields with 3 years of relevant experience.
