As an Assistant Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Report to COO/CEO
- Oversee and manage operations, including the implementation of clinical practices, review of nursing audits, service quality initiatives, and the integration of new technologies.
- Monitor and enhance nursing quality.
- Assess and implement nursing policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct clinical audits.
- Ensure strict adherence to nursing standards and protocols.
- Communicate with regulatory authorities regarding licenses, regulations, and compliance.
- Collaborate with other team leaders to promote ongoing improvement and compliance.
- Provide leadership and support to all managers and staff.
- Review and assess budgeting reports, financial statements, and overall performance.
- Closely monitor manpower and staffing issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Nursing
- Possess 8 years of management experience
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Must be fully registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
