As a Customer Service Officer (Logistics / Freight), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Answer phone calls
- Provide quotations and reply to customer enquiries promptly
- Process orders and billing promptly
- Coordinate with respective in-charge for the status of orders, incoming shipments, arrangement for pick up etc
- Resolve any issues in a professional way
- Simple admin role
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

- Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or any relevant
