Duties & responsibilities:
i. Handle full sets of accounts
ii. Meet monthly closing and year end closing deadline
iii. Prepare monthly & quarterly management report
iv. Quarterly GST Submission
v. Prepare bank reconciliation and accounting schedule on monthly basis
vi. Liaise with auditor on statutory audit matter
vii. Liaise with corporate secretary for preparing annual returns, resolutions, and other corporate matters
viii. Liaise with bank on operational matters and lawyer on legal matters
ix. Review contractual documents
x. Supervise the development of the finance team
xi. Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned by the management
Requirements:
i. Degree in Accountancy, with minimum 5 years post qualification experience
ii. Team player with strong communication and supervisory skills
iii. Meticulous and able to work independently.
iv. Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
