Job Descriptions:
- Managing and monitoring all installed IT systems and infrastructure
- Support, configure, maintain, and upgrade in house servers
- To identify, diagnose and rectify any issues in computer hardware, software, services, and applications
- Set up, configuring and maintenance of computers and servers
- Responsible for backing up of information in applications and servers
- Implement security, back up and redundancy strategies to maintain data safety
- Analyzing information, General programming skills, Software debugging, documentation & testing
- Fixing and installing, hardware, software, and networking issues
- Install, integrate, and maintain new server hardware and applications
- Providing end users with the help and support they need
Requirements:
- Diploma in IT or Computer Science related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
