Responsibilities
• Administrative duties: organisation of documents, filing and shredding
• Tagging of files numbering
• Coordinate and manage the storage/retrieval of archived files
• Provide support in handling corporate secretarial matters
• Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned
Requirements
• Minimum GCE "O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field
• MS Office (knowledge of basic MsWords and Excel)
• Meticulous and possess good organisation skill
• Communication Skills and able to understand English language
• Willing to learn
Part-Time, 3-5 days/week, 10.00am-6.00pm
Hourly Rate - $11/hr
