Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit monthly claims for projects.
- Assist the project team with cost estimation and budget control.
- Measure and verify subcontractors’ work and costs.
- Support project progress with relevant measurements and records.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in a construction-related discipline.
- At least half a year of working experience in a construction company in Singapore.
- Familiar with quantity surveying, budgeting, and claims processes in the construction industry.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in relevant office and surveying software is an advantage.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
