Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
Working Location: Thye Hong Centre, Redhill
Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer inquiries / orders
- Assist in preparation of Quotation and Sales Order for order processing
- Assist in prepartion of Commercial Invoice and Packing List for shipment arrangment
- Liase with customers (local/overseas) and freight forwarders on delivery schedule
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales, queries and deliveries are handled efficiently and promptly.
- Provide billing information to Accounts Department
- Assist in administrative works as required
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level & ITE or Diploma with 2 years working experience will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and other administrative application
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
