Job Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements related to payment systems.
• Analyze and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Work closely with development teams to design and implement File conversion requirements using the mapping specifications.
• Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, validating results, and ensuring defects are resolved.
• Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and user expectation
• Conduct workshops and presentations to gather feedback and validate requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of ISO 20022 messaging standards.
• Knowledge of APAC Payment types
• Knowledge of Boomi Integrations
• Strong knowledge of payment systems, including TT, FAST. GIRO and other digital payment solutions.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and process modelling software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Experience with agile and waterfall project management methodologies.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the payment banking domain.

Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements, identify gaps against current functionalities and apply systems thinking in solution design.
• Partner with Users, Infrastructure Team, Architects, and other Technical Leads to ensure solution design complies with enterprise design principles, security, and control standards.
• Prepare and maintain functional solution documents.
• Review the system specifications created to ensure no missing design or lack of consideration.
• Configure and develop based on specifications and perform unit testing to ensure specifications are met.
• Support smooth rollout of enhancements, manage pre- and post-implementation activities and develop processes with operations teams.
• Provide analytical support and execute requirement analysis to support system enhancement, fixes, and emergency application changes deployment.
• Perform upstream and downstream solution impact.
• Manage & coordinate across different application teams to manage technical dependencies of the solutions.
• Author requirements, epics, user stories, and tasks aligned with user/customer/market/developer needs.
• Remain open and alert to new technology opportunities.
• Provide third-level support for production issues escalated.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis/engineering in Banking or similar industry.
• In-depth knowledge in three or more Temenos Transact modules for a senior role, at least one of them would be in the area of AA, AC, LD, MM, FX, SC.
• Understanding of payment hub post Temenos Transact 21 AMR.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills built on industry experience in core banking or technology development.
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills, problem structuring, logical thinking, and story-lining essential.
• Outstanding influencing and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with multi-functional teams.
• Good understanding of wholesale banking business and emerging technologies driving digital business.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
• Proficient in business processes, products, and core banking systems.
• Java knowledge is a bonus.
• Can deliver complex systems in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience in Agile practices like Scrum or Kanban, with strong desire to deliver on time with a high level of integrity, flexibility, sense of urgency, attention to detail, and quality standards.
