Responsibilities:

• Work with end users to identify pain points and propose automation solutions.
• Development of migration tools (Migration data creation using Access, etc.), any other new tools to adapt with new operation processes.
• Analyse gaps between current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) systems and business processes to determine necessary tool development or revisions.
• Modify existing systems and implement new functionalities.
• Report development progress and any issues to the user owned EUC/RPA/Tools PIC.
• Ensure alignment of developed solutions with business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Access, Excel macros, and RPA tools.
• Experience in system implementation and automation tool development, with an experience in banking (trade-related) projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to bridge user needs with technical solutions.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Hands-on experience in using MS Access, Excel macros, and RPA tools like UIpath.
• Business knowledge in the Trade domain (preferred).
• Willingness to travel within the APAC region.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Hands-on experience in interacting with users to gather and refine requirements will be an advantage.
• Strong focus on creating user-friendly and efficient automation tools will be an advantage.
