Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed business requirement gathering and use case analysis.
- Create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Map and optimize business processes, assessing feasibility and benefits of proposed solutions.
- Plan and promote user tasks for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Monitor task progress, manage risks/issues, and provide resolution support.
- Develop UAT plans, schedules, test scenarios, environments, and data preparation.
- Plan migration schedules and manage related tasks (e.g., data mapping, data cleansing).
- Collaborate with IT and business teams for issue management and progress regularly.
- Plan and promote user tasks for EUC/RPA/Tools.
- Lead user-owned EUC/RPA/Tools as User Task PMO, plan and manage Pre-Study/Design/CD/UT/IT/ST/UAT both of existing and new development EUC/RPA/Tools.
- Oversee the development team, including resource management and issue solving.
- Monitor progress and report to relevant stakeholders.
- Develop plans for tasks such as training, business rehearsals, customer relations, BCP creation, and regulation/procedure revisions.
- Manage progress, address issues, and provide regular updates to PMO and Area PM.
Basic Requirements:
User Task (UAT):
- Experience in planning and executing UAT, including schedule creation, communication with stakeholders, and issue management.
- Hands-on experience with core banking system projects (including accounting systems).
- Business knowledge in Trade domain.
- Willingness to travel within the APAC region.
- A mindset open to challenges and risk-taking.
User Task (Migration):
- Experience in migration planning and implementation, including data management (e.g., transaction information, fee charge tables).
- Strong knowledge of Trade operations and willingness to travel within the APAC region.
User Task (EUC/RPA/Tools):
- Experience in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath), MS Access, and Excel macro development.
- Experience with CGI system implementation.
- Knowledge of Trade operations and willingness to travel within the APAC region.
User Task (User Support):
- Experience planning and managing user tasks such as training, business rehearsals, and regulatory revisions.
- Ability to support large-scale projects, especially in core banking or the banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of Trade operations and willingness to travel within the APAC region.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) will be an advantage.
