Role Requirements (Skills, Experience and Qualifications):

• A minimum of 10+ years proven experience in the delivery of consulting or change projects, gained within a leading financial institution or consulting firm
• Experience working with wealth and private banking clients in APAC and engaged in major transformationprojects with strong exposure to Target Operating Model Design andImplementation in some of the following areas: Order and Execution Management, Portfolio management, Credit Operations.
• Experience working on Migration and Implementation of Wealth Management Solutions (Avaloq, Triple A & Transact Temenos).
• Previous experience as Product Owner or Solution Architect within Portfolio Management and/or Core Banking System Domains for a renowned Wealth Management institutions is a plus
• A proven Track Record at designing and implementing complex solutions.
• Demonstrable proficiency in relationship development and client account management
• Senior stakeholder management and influencing skills, demonstrated with clients and colleagues
• Ability to show initiative when dealing with clients, form strong relationships with new clients, and maintain existing relationships
• Superb interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and lead
• The ability to proffer good mentorship and coaching skills towards other team members
• First-class communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders.
• Strong academic background with preferred combination of Finance & Technology degrees.
• Business language fluency in English
• Willingness to travel
