Job Summary:
We are looking for a Part-Time Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in promoting the centre's services, managing online and offline marketing campaigns, and contributing to the growth of our patient base. This role requires a creative, self-motivated individual with a passion for healthcare marketing, especially in the fertility and reproductive health industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: Identify and execute sales programme.
- Digital Marketing: Manage and update the centre's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), ensuring content is engaging and consistent with brand messaging.
- Content Creation: Develop and curate content for online channels, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media posts, website maintenance, to inform and educate potential patients about our services.
- SEO & SEM: Assist in managing search engine optimisation (SEO) strategies and digital ads (Meta Ads) to improve centre visibility and patient engagement.
- KOL/KOC Management: Identify, build relationships with, and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) / Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs) and influencers in the healthcare and fertility sectors to amplify brand awareness and credibility.
- Event Support: Assist with planning and executing marketing events, workshops, or webinars to raise awareness about fertility services and IVF procedures.
- Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and patient needs to help develop effective marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the centre’s medical team to ensure marketing content aligns with the centre’s services and values and within MOH marketing guidelines.
- Reporting: Track the performance of marketing campaigns, analyse results, and report on key metrics (e.g., website traffic, engagement, lead generation, conversion).
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing or communications, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media management and content creation.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for promoting health and wellness, particularly in the fertility and IVF sector.
Working Hours: 3 days a week (onsite/offsite, indicative time 9am to 6pm)
