Designing for homes and commercials
Able to work independent , Self-motivated & Creative and innovative
Thinking out of box & able to provide creative solutions to all problems
Balancing of Material & Costing to max end result
Able to create & produce Space Planning with Visuals using 3D studio max & Autocad
Liase with clients, contractors & in-house carpenters, need to do inspection regularly to ensure work in complete in order
Track & Co-ordinate project progress
At least 2 years of experience in either Commercial or Residential projects
6 days work week
Need to do overtime as and when required
Ad-hoc duties assigned
