The company is a prominent player in the shipping industry with a network of offices in international locations. They are now looking to recruit an Accounts Payable specialist to be part of their team.
The Position
Reporting and working closely with Finance Manager, the AP Specialist will be responsible for the processing and payment of supplier’s invoices with the need to ensure that all invoices are properly documented and promptly recorded. The AP Specialist will ensure the accuracy of the creditor’s statement and reconciliation are done on a timely manner.
The Person
To succeed in this role, candidates should ideally have at least five-years of working experience, ideally gained from Accounts Payable. Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, independent and the ability to partner with the business.
