Accounts Payable Officer

The Company

The client is a well-known Food & Beverage player with plans to open new outlets in Singapore and across Southeast Asia. As they are set to grow for 2024, there is now a need to hire an Accounts Payable Officer to be part of their growing business.

The Position

The role reports to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for the Accounts Payable functions where there will be a need to process and maintain accurate payment records. The Accounts Payable officer will support the month-end closing activities and assist in all finance-related reports. Naturally there will be a need to liaise with internal and external parties as well as be involved in any ad-hoc duties.

The Person

To succeed in this role, candidates should ideally have at least 1 year of working experience, ideally in Accounts Payable. Candidates who have recently graduated from an Accounting / Finance degree are also encouraged to apply. Compliance Officer (Open to Auditors)

The Company

The company is a SGX listed REIT with a strong portfolio of overseas assets. They are now seeking a Compliance Officer to be part of their growing team.

The Position

The Compliance Officer’s main role will be to assist the senior management in managing the and compliance related matters for their operations in Singapore and overseas. There will be a need to perform compliance reviews and report on compliance related matters to ensure their operations follow the laws and regulations. Naturally there will be a need to liaise / work closely with Internal Auditors, outsourced Compliance Consultants, and external legal counsel to ensure compliance with the relevant matters. As such the Compliance Officer will need to provide advise to the senior management on related laws and regulations and ensure there is proper maintenance and updates on the company’ compliance policy and procedures.

The Person

To succeed in this role, candidates should ideally have at least 2 years of working experience, ideally gained from a Singapore REIT, Financial Services or Audit background with a good knowledge of SGX Listing Rules. Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, independent and the ability to partner with the business.

Invoice Processing Officer (Contract Role)

There is now a need to hire an Invoice Processing Officer to join their growing team.

The Position
The Invoice Processing Officer will be responsible for executing the end-to-end processing of invoice in the Purchase-To-Pay function. There will be a need to key in the invoices into the e-invoice portal and SAP in a timely and accurate manner, check and route out invoices for approval. The successful individual will need to handle queries on invoices and payment status, resolve any issues or escalate it to the Invoice Processing Team Lead if required. There is also a need to support any ad-hoc duties.

The Person
The successful candidate will be an "O' Level or Diploma holder preferably in Accounting/ Business/ Finance with 1 to 2 years of working experience. Fresh graduates with a diploma in Accounting/ Business/ Finance are also encouraged to apply. Aside from strong communication skills, interested individuals should offer problem solving abilities, a meticulous and analytical mindset. The role will be based in Jurong and offers 1 day of working from home.
