Accounts Payable Specialist

The Position

Reporting and working closely with Finance Manager, the AP Specialist will be responsible for the processing and payment of supplier’s invoices with the need to ensure that all invoices are properly documented and promptly recorded. The AP Specialist will ensure the accuracy of the creditor’s statement and reconciliation are done on a timely manner.

The Person

To succeed in this role, candidates should ideally have at least five-years of working experience, ideally gained from Accounts Payable. Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, independent and the ability to partner with the business. The Position

Reporting to the Treasury Manager, the Treasury Analyst will play a crucial role in trade verification and settlement, managing banking-related processes, cash management, reconciliation of front office and back office data, and treasury accounting. Additionally, the Treasury Analyst will engage in various projects and perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

The Person

The role is open to candidate with 1 to 2 years of treasury experience, along with a degree in Accountancy or Business. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong teamwork capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
