Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Appointment Scheduling:
- Efficiently arrange appointments for customers.
- Maintain an organized schedule of booking.
2. Communication Handling:
- Manage phone calls, messages, and inquiries from visitors and customers.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to enquiries.
3. Inventory Management:
- Manage and maintain inventory.
- Stock up and Drawing out of inventory.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management on replenishment of supplies.
4. Administrative Tasks:
- Perform filing and other administrative tasks as required or assigned.
- Ensure the overall cleanliness of the space.
5. Support for Preventive Care Activities:
- Provide the necessary logistics support for Preventive Care Activities
- Handle and maintain Preventive Care equipment with care and professionalism, ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance.
6. Frontline Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to customer.
- Address inquiries and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
7. Sales Support:
- Assist in activities related to sales and promotions within the healthcare center.
8. Ad-Hoc Duties:
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
1. Fluent in English and preferably able to communicate effectively in Mandarin.
2. Energetic and a team player.
3. Possess good complexion with excellent customer service skills.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
