Job Descriptions:
• Preparation of quotation, final claims, invoices for ad-hoc job
• Monitor the status of approved quotation, outstanding claims and invoicing
• Arrange monthly servicing schedule, monitor and ensure the proper completion of the checklist
• Organise yearly servicing schedule and prepare reports for submission
• Responsible to check and ensure remittance & SOA are accurate
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
Job Requirements:
· Minimum “O” level or equivalent
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· At least two years of related working experience
