Be responsible for the planning, scheduling, controlling, and coordinating of building services-related works in terms of preventive, breakdown, and rectifying works.
To work with and lead a team of supervisors & skilled workers to carry out their work accurately and timely and to ensure that works on site are carried out according to client requirements.
Ensure safety first when carrying out works.
Ensure safety tools, equipment, certificates, and documentation are in order when carrying out work.
Liaise and hold meetings with clients, managing agents & sub-contractors to ensure that all requirements by clients and relevant authorities are adhered.
Monitor, track, and provide timely project progress reports to the management.
Able to handle feedback from clients positively and close the loop via email.
Able to write an incident report upon collecting ground information.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Facility Management or any Engineering fields
Committed, positive attitude & able to handle projects independently.
Good team player with the ability to lead and multi-task.
SIFMA minimum Tier 4 is an advantage
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field for Degree holder
Or at least 3 years of working experience in the related field for the non-Degree holder
