Job Responsibilities:
- Handle quotation, renewal, endorsements and other general administrative duties as assigned.
- Support team on renewal review activities such as generating monthly listing, input of renewal terms.
- Support team on underwriting matters.
- Attend to phone calls, dispatching of documents, arranging courier, collection and distribution of department mail.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Min 'O' Level
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in General Insurance industry.
- Candidates who possess the Certificate of General Insurance are preferred.
- MS office skills such as excel is a need as this position needs to generate and filter reports.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin (Able to handle queries from English and Mandarin speaking associates
