Job Descriptions:

• Respond to the incoming enquiries/incident/request/alerts (Call, Email, Webchat, EUP, IVR handling, Monitoring consoles)

1. 1st level troubleshooting of in supported systems i.e. Workplace; Server; Network; Microsoft 365; Secure Access Service Edge; Point of Sale
2. Security event monitoring
3. Server and network availability and performance monitoring
4. Password reset and unlock
5. Perform log & route [to higher tier or Resolver Team(s)]
   • Record and manage all transactions/ cases in Service Management System
   • Broadcast notifications to the relevant parties
   • Provide timely status update, follow up on cases escalated until closure within the service level agreement.
   • Ensure daily tasks are executed according to the Standard Operation Procedure

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience / Knowledge in IT support will be a Major plus
• 12 hours rotating shift

Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive the Asset Management’s service delivery processes for Managed Services’ outsourcing clients
• Ensure accuracy of all IT hardware and software assets database meets the contractual obligations of the Service Level Agreements
• Verify procedures are developed, maintained and enforced for all service delivery activities and audits
• Maintain accuracy in inventory data collection, storage, tracking and maintenance of IT hardware and software information
• Co-ordinate with vendors on all aspects of the Agreement, including acquisition, software distribution and technical support requirements
• Monitor and ensure all assets are tagged in accordance with company's quality control standard
• Provide periodic reports on the progress of Asset Management’s activities
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or Advanced Diploma in IT or Computer Science
• At least 1 year of experience in IT environment
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Must be well versed in Basic IT Technical Skills and Microsoft Applications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a pre-requisite
• Strong in English communication, both oral and writing skills
• Pleasant personality and ability to work independently

Manage Data Center facility including;

• Lighting check
• Airflow check
• Ensure racks are lock
• Ensure no condensation
• Door access are in operation
• Emergency exit path is obstruction free
• No safety hazard
• Coordinate with vendor requesting to access the Data Center for any repair, upgrade, or installation of equipment.
• Daily Routine DC healthy check (Such as temperature, humility, power, server, and network switch).
• Respond to Data Center incident such as power trip, fire alarm, water leak, high temperature etc and escalate or report to relevant party/personnel.
• Cabling and troubleshooting the networking cable.
• Monitoring of Server and Network availability status.
• Monitoring of server antivirus definition ensuring up to date and escalation if not so.

Monitoring of status of Data Center with DCIM.

Requirement:

• Must have minimum 2 years working experience as Data Center Operator.
• Please ensure that the contractor will be open to support 24x7 – 12 hours shift duty when required.
• Candidate is agreeable to enter construction environment site and follow the safety protocol (i.e. wearing safety, helmet, vest and shoe) when entering the site.
  *It will be a daily task (or as required) to enter the site.
• Candidate is agreeable to take Measles and Diphtheria vaccine.
