Job Specifications:
· Performs opening and closing duties.
· Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
· Registers sales on a POS system, discounts purchase by redeeming coupons.
· Resolve customer issues and answers questions.
· Balances cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift.
· Assist in other café related work as assigned.
Requirements:
· Singaporean preferred.
· Able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays.
· 1+ years in a similar role in restaurant/cafe/F&B.
· A detailed eye for cleanliness and presentation.
· Ability to be flexible and adapt to high-pressure situations.
· Passion to provide an outstanding and positive customer experience.
· Outgoing and strong personality, positive attitude, and effective communication skills.
· Must be efficient and well organized.
