The new hire will join our management and mentor team, helping to shape the agency for the future and grow the capabilities of the wider team of 50+ consultants. What are we looking for?

• An experienced strategic leader who will foster the growth of your team through motivation and coaching, supporting them to deliver their very best
• You lead and drive campaigns in partnership with the client - you're not afraid to challenge and problem-solve to create excellent work that resonates with the TA
• You work closely with you team to help crack challenging briefs with a creative campaign approach, on time and on budget
• You are the lead contact for your clients, and provide timely updates to ensure they are fully aware of the team's output
• You are skilled at developing proposals and pitching to new clients
• Despite your experience, you're on a constant quest to up-skill yourself, learning new techniques, and you enjoy sharing with the team
• You are interested and experienced in bringing campaigns to life through mediums beyond the press release - such as film, events, digital
• You are collaborative but know when to carry the baton for your team
• You are a trend hunter, and like to share inspiring work
• You are a self-starter
