As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Senior or HR Lead specializing in Recruitment and Engagement to join our team and drive our talent strategy.
Position Overview:
As the Senior or HR Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping our recruitment strategies and enhancing employee engagement. You will be responsible for leading the recruitment process, from talent acquisition to onboarding, and developing initiatives that promote a positive and engaging workplace culture. Your expertise will be pivotal in attracting top talent and ensuring their long-term satisfaction and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external partners.
Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee the creation of job descriptions and ensure they align with the company’s strategic goals and values.
- Conduct and facilitate interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations.
- Implement effective candidate sourcing strategies and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs.
Employee Engagement
- Design and implement engagement programs to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with leadership to assess and address employee engagement levels and develop strategies for improvement.
- Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment and engagement programs.
Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, employee satisfaction, and turnover rates.
Team Leadership:
- Mentor and guide junior HR team members and provide support in their professional development.
Foster a collaborative and supportive HR team environment.
Qualifications:
- Any HR or business-related certificate or diploma
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment and employee engagement
- Proven track record of managing complex recruitment processes and enhancing employee engagement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical skills and experience with HRIS systems and recruitment tools
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and programs
