Position Overview
The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. The HR Manager will ensure the effective and efficient operation of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations & Compliance:
- Payroll Management: Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- CPF Submissions: Handle CPF contributions and timely submissions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to government regulations.
- IRAS Tax Clearance: Manage IRAS-related submissions, including annual income tax reporting, tax clearances for departing employees, and other statutory filings.
- Work Pass Applications: Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring compliance with MOM guidelines.
- Policy Compliance: Update and enforce the company HR policies in line with labour legislation and company standards.
2. HR System Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and continuous improvement of the HR management system (EHR).
- Ensure employee records, leave balances, and benefits information are accurately managed and updated.
- Collaborate with EHR to resolve system issues and implement upgrades.
3. Talent Acquisition & Development:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create detailed job descriptions.
- Drive employee development initiatives, including training programs, career development, and succession planning.
4. Employee Relations & Performance Management:
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities and company events.
- Manage the performance appraisal process and provide career guidance and coaching.
- Address and resolve employee grievances and workplace disputes professionally and fairly.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, CPF submissions, payroll systems, and tax regulations (IRAS).
- Proficiency in EHR, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
