Job Summary: The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for supporting the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth HR operations and contributes to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and ensure they have the necessary resources.
- Prepare and issue employment contracts for new hires and amendments for existing employees.
- Ensure contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
Payroll Management:
- Process payroll on a timely basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
- Maintain payroll records and handle payroll-related inquiries.
Visa Applications:
- Manage visa application processes for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.
- Liaise with government agencies and legal advisors regarding visa and work permit issues.
General/HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Oversee office supplies and inventory management.
- Support the smooth operation of administrative functions and facilities management.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software.
