· Work with hiring managers and agency to source, attract, and assess candidates.
· Identify candidates using Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram and other social media accounts.
· Managing job postings content on all job portals.
· Carry out first level of recruitment and selection processes through resume screening, phone screening calls, meeting at both office and external venue to select potential candidates to meet hiring managers' requirements.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews appointments between candidates and hiring managers.
· Prepare daily and weekly accomplishment report and provide updates to recruitment status.
· Proactively develop contacts and networks to build talent pipelines, stay updated with market intelligence, industry practices, and other opportunities.
· Research current trends and suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
· Assist in onboarding process for selected candidates that are joining the company.
· Review employment applications and background check reports.
· Deliver an amazing and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
· Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
· Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
