Setting up of company Finance Department and liaising with China HQ on Finance matters
Responsible for daily finance operations and liaising with suppliers as and when needed
Manage full set of accounts for company
Process sales invoicing
Perform month-end closing, monthly analysis of management account and audit schedule
Prepare journal entries, reconcile financial statements and accounts, ensure data accuracy
Payment of incentives to eligible members
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, accounting and audit schedules
Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting process
Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors on accounting matters
Job Requirement
At least Diploma in Accounting or related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
