Manage the transmission of the documents and drawings for the client and subcontractor to ensure the updated drawings are issued

Prepare method of statement and work procedure

Conduct weekly and monthly meeting with sub-contractors adto update dprogress dwork

Ensure the quality of work is achieved and all government and safety regulations are complied

Oversee drawing management and control of technical documentation

Manage procurement of resources, monitor and control material usage on site to avoid unnecessary wastage or wrongly used

Assist the Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer in coordination with consultants on charge order issued and liaise closely with Quantity Surveyor by providing necessary suporting documents on the charge order

Organise labour, equipment and materials for day to day site activities

Carry out material receiving & maintaining material records

Prepare daily & monthly progress report, platform and maintain inspection record

Lead and manage project supervisor to ensure successful transistion of the projects

Ensure adherence to project budgets, schedules, and scope of work, while deploying appropriate staff resources

Review and assess project drawing, plans specifications, and other relevant documents

Identify and trouble shoot issues arising during project execution and implement timely resolustions

Conduct and actively participate in weekly site meetings to monitor project progress

Collaborate with Safety Officer to ensure compliance with quality standards and health & safety regulations

Monitor site staff to ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations

Prepare and submit project reports in a timely manner

Develop project drawings, including as-built drawings and shop drawings, as required

Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Managing Director
