Responsibilities:
Schedule preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting for all activities relating to the project.
Monitor and control material management on site to ensure proper storage and minimize unnecessary wastage.
Foster positive communications and relationships with team members, management, vendors, and clients.
Ensure site safety and security by devising and implementing site policies and procedures.
Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures and prepare and file accident reports.
Supervise and evaluate staff, complete employee reviews, maintain accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets, provide positive direction to motivate quality performance, and discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate.
Carry out daily site supervision, coordination and quality assurance of all architectural/Structural/M&E trades on site
Work closely with subcontractors on their works to ensure timely work progress
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications
