• Receive Service Request / Incident through phone, email and Helpdesk Ticketing tool.
• Basic technical support at the End User Computing (EUC) and network level: PC, iPad, Laptop, WAN and LAN.
• User Account Management (Add, Delete and Change) and follow Change Management processes.
• Escalate to Level 2 engineer if the issue not resolved.
• Remotely assist users with support needs.
• Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records.

•Min 4 years relevant experience.

•Diploma in engineering field or Information Technology, with experience in communication systems preferred.

•Professional Knowledge, Experience and familiar with Oracle Primavera P6 is required.

•Knowledge in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit and Navisworks will be of advantage.

− Implementation of medium to large scale Biometric (.NET Framework) projects in the business domain of Public Security with emphasis on IT Security & Biometric Control;

− Conduct formal release tests and/or regression tests;

− Prepare test plans/cases, scripts and project related test deliverables;

− Generate test data to test each software or hardware component according to the quality criteria and business requirement;

− Design and develop automated testing procedures or scripts and keep them up-to-date;

− Ensure quality and accuracy is maintained throughout the software test life cycle;

− Enable timely delivery of the software or hardware release according to project schedule;

− Provide timely progress status update for Internal SIT and UAT, and onsite UAT;

− Ability to understand and adapt to relevant technologies and products; and

− Ability to work with team members to troubleshoot any problems with systems in production.

Requirements:

− Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering/Science or IT related course;

− Minimum 2-3 years functional, scenario and performance testing experience;

− Experience in Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server Databases;

− Experience in Katalon and knowledge in SeleniumHQ and HP Load Runner will be advantageous.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in IT or equivalent experience with Linux/MCSE/Unix Certification(s).
• Must have knowledge and working experience of Linux, preferably 2+ years hands-on experience in system administration for production systems.
• Experience in OS patching and upgrade, system security, OS virtualization, HA/clustering, replication, backup and recovery techniques.
• Working experience in networking (TCP/IP), physical hardware and/or storage systems.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience of Unix (Solaris or AIX or other Unix) will be advantageous.
• Knowledge and working experience of apache http web server, middlewareWebSphere/JBOSS/Tomcat/IIS, MQ, etc. will be advantageous.
• Knowledge and experiences in Integrated Security Access Management software such as IBM ISAM will be advantageous.
• Knowledge and experience of JDBC and Databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps will be advantageous.
