Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on expertise, specialising in home / commercial furnishing. The ideal candidate should be equipped with a keen eye for detail, precise craftsmanship, and a strong commitment to quality. This role involves constructing, and installing furniture and interior elements, ensuring they meet both functional and aesthetic standards.

Objectives of this role

1. Advance construction projects by building and installing key functional elements
2. Keep work areas and equipment clean and secure
3. Maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders
4. Ensure compliance with safety protocols on-site and in the workshop
5. Demonstrate excellence of craft to meet with client expectations

Responsibilities

1. Construct and install interior components such as cabinetry, panelling and decorative elements for home / commercial use
2. Use power tools and other equipment for construction and installation
3. Troubleshoot construction issues with project team
4. Ensure all relevant workplace safety regulations are followed
5. Attend site scouts and meetings prior to beginning construction (if any)

Eligibility Criteria

1. At least 10 years of relevant experience in carpentry and/or furniture installation
2. Experience working with power and hand tools (e.g., saws, drills, and hammers)
3. Strong verbal communication skills (English and/or Mandarin)
4. Ability to follow plans, blueprints, and sketches
5. Good math and spatial reasoning skills
6. Knowledge of carpentry best practices and techniques
7. This role is based in Singapore and is open to candidates that may require a work permit

9. 具有一定的领导和团队协作能力
10. 对木工行业充满热情，且具备较强的客户良好的 英语/普通话沟通能力.
11. 需居住于新加坡和拥有本地签证的候选人。
