- Managing operations management regionally and ensure continuity of business operations
- Developing comprehensive operational strategies, through alignment with the corporate vision and seamless integration across all entities
- Establishing transparent communication with executive leadership and across all operational teams to facilitate effective problem-solving
- Ensuring direction in improving effectiveness and efficiency across all operational processes and procedures
- Fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Maintaining good rapport with all stakeholders.
- Ensuring teamwork and strict adherence to corporate governance policies, relevant ethical and compliance standards, and workplace safety requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree or above in any field
- 8 to 12 years operation management experience from apparel manufacturing industry
- Good track record of success in driving operational excellence initiatives and in managing cross-functional teams
- Managing manufacturing plants from Asia pacific region
