Location: Pioneer (2 way transport pickup from Jurong East)
Salary: Up to $7,000 per month, with AWS and Variable Bonus
Working Hour: 5 Day, 8.45am to 5.30pm
About the Role:
Oversee day-to-day operations at our food production facility. The ideal candidate will ensure product quality, compliance with food safety and regulatory standards, and efficient use of resources while maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure optimal product quality and efficient execution of activities.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and regulatory requirements at all times.
- Manage end-to-end production processes for a variety of products, including manpower, materials, machinery, and methods.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly production performance reports to management.
- Plan and manage production schedules to meet output targets in a timely manner.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of production supervisors and workers to achieve productivity and quality goals.
- Monitor adherence to factory operations procedures, food safety standards, and statutory regulations.
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse departments to address and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for all machinery to minimize downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and productivity.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in factory operations or production management, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in production planning and reporting systems.
- Technical knowledge of factory equipment and preventive maintenance processes.
