The role:
Key responsibilities will encompass supporting the Director in strategic planning initiatives across the groups, aiding in the formulation of work plans, and facilitating the conversion of technical specifications into visual representations for data analysis, thereby enabling effective performance measurement.
- The objective is to analyze healthcare data in order to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will support value-based care initiatives.
- Collaboration with healthcare professionals and IT teams is essential to convert requirements into measurable metrics and insightful dashboards.
- Additionally, it is important to engage with key stakeholders to align group’s priorities and performance indicators with actionable plans.
- A regular review of key performance indicators will be conducted, and proactive measures will be taken in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Routine reports and updates will be presented to stakeholders, and support will be provided in the development of a strategic work plan for clinical transformation.
- Furthermore, project management will be executed to ensure that the clinical transformation work plans are aligned with those of the Ministry of Health.
What are we looking for?
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
- A demonstrated history of utilizing Tableau for data visualization and analysis, coupled with a solid grasp of data management and interpretation to facilitate effective decision-making, is essential.
- Relevant experience in project management, data analytics, and/or proficiency in programming languages such as Python and/or R, as well as visualization tools like Tableau, is preferred.
